YES.
it's much easier for us to fix issues that may happen from time to time
in one single libtool, than all over the tree.
There are other plans that cannot happen until we have eradicated variants
of libtool from the tree.
So, please check that it works with the in-tree libtool, and if it doesn't,
we'll look at it.
