Subclipse (Java) was very recently committed and is a plugin for Eclipse,
and that is closest you get to a GUI svn client on OpenBSD that is in the
ports tree. Earlier there was a posted on ports
a patch for svn for KDE
but I don't think that one was committed (application not that stable??).
The best svn GUI client is TortoiseSVN, and that one only runs on
Windows ;-)
