Rename cdXX.iso --> cdXX-${MACHINE}.iso

Hello, I like to keep a few of the iso install images around for
different machines, but never remember to rename them locally to keep
track of which is which. Any chance of adding the architecture to the
iso file name to make it easier to track this?
Here's a proposed patch to do this:
http://dickman.org/openbsd/distrib_include_machine_in_iso_name.patch
This causes the cd42.iso files to be named cd42-i386.iso,
cd42-amd64.iso, etc, etc.
