Every release has two CVS tags:
x.y-release: OPENBSD_x_y_BASE
x.y-stable: OPENBSD_x_y
The CVS logs are the place to go to see which revisions apply to any
particular -release. Using graphics/cairo as an example, here is a link to
the CVS log for the Makefile via OpenBSD's web interface to CVS. You can
click on any particular revision to see what's changed.
