From memory, something like 'SUBDIRLIST=`cat out-of-date-output`
FORCE_UPDATE=hard make update' in /usr/ports. Only do this if you know
what you're doing, and you're able to deal with eventual fallouts.

Or just use packages otherwise, as adviced.
