Please would you also add a comment in the Makefile pointing out the lack of
compatibility, add 'experimental' to COMMENT, and a note to DESCR like this,

Note that the CELT codec has now been merged into the IETF Opus codec
(http://opus-codec.org/) and is now considered obsolete.
