Port changes:
- Install icons.
- Additional MASTER_SITES.
Update to 1.104.1.55:
- Move configuration files to cvsweb subdirectory.
- Add cvsweb.conf-{freebsd,netbsd,openbsd,ruby} examples.

- Run under perl -T.
