    build XhpBSD on hp300
    misc cleanups, use ${INSTALL} instead of ${CP}, etc ..
    allow alternate (faster) archs to tarball releases,
    'make MACHINE=hp300 dist-rel' is my favorite
    I forgot to mention in the last commit, thanks to millert for lots of hp300
    testing!
