The default is:
make makefiles OPT=-O DEBUG=-g CC="gcc -Wmissing-prototypes" \
CCARGS= AUXLIBS=
Except for some systems where optimization is known to break Postfix.
No comments on the -W please. Using -Wall produces just too much noise
because vendors ship systems with broken include files.
