   I send a message to I send a message to hvemsomhelstnevald.k-net.dk. I get this in the log

Nov 28 02:45:15 nevald postfix/smtpd[30733]: connect from k4315.kampsax.dtu.dk[192.38.215.253]
Nov 28 02:45:15 nevald postfix/smtpd[30733]: 82E093C5FA: client=k4315.kampsax.dtu.dk[192.38.215.253]
Nov 28 02:45:15 nevald postfix/cleanup[30734]: 82E093C5FA: message-id=<482.1T1102T1644430kampsax.k-net.dk>
Nov 28 02:45:15 nevald postfix/qmgr[30693]: 82E093C5FA: from=<raskkampsax.k-net.dk>, size=1172 (queue active)
Nov 28 02:45:15 nevald postfix/smtpd[30733]: disconnect from k4315.kampsax.dtu.dk[192.38.215.253]
Nov 28 02:45:15 nevald postfix/local[30735]: 82E093C5FA: to=<alias-hvemsomhelstnevald.k-net.dk>, relay=local, delay=0, status=sent (mailbox)

   and the message ends up in ~alias/Mailbox. Just as I expected. But then I
send to postmasternevald.k-net.dk instead and get this in the log

Nov 28 02:52:54 nevald postfix/smtpd[30754]: connect from k4315.kampsax.dtu.dk[192.38.215.253]
Nov 28 02:52:54 nevald postfix/smtpd[30754]: A78343C5FA: client=k4315.kampsax.dtu.dk[192.38.215.253]
Nov 28 02:52:54 nevald postfix/cleanup[30756]: A78343C5FA: message-id=<482.1T1738T1725066kampsax.k-net.dk>
Nov 28 02:52:54 nevald postfix/qmgr[30747]: A78343C5FA: from=<raskkampsax.k-net.dk>, size=1145 (queue active)
Nov 28 02:52:54 nevald postfix/smtpd[30754]: disconnect from k4315.kampsax.dtu.dk[192.38.215.253]
Nov 28 02:52:54 nevald postfix/local[30757]: warning: required alias not found: postmaster
Nov 28 02:52:54 nevald postfix/local[30757]: A78343C5FA: to=<postmasternevald.k-net.dk>, relay=local, delay=0, status=sent (discarded)

   and nothing in ~alias/Mailbox. Is this the expected behaviour? I have

alias_maps = hash:/etc/postfix/aliases

   with empty /etc/postfix/aliases and

luser_relay = alias$recipient_delimiter$local

   which I thought would take care of catching all nonexisting users. And
indeed it does that for "hvemsomhelst", so why not for "postmaster"?
