It depends.
Snapshot-whatever is work-in-progress, with features being introduced,
features being changed, and even with features going away.
Postfix-whatever is code that has been tested for a while, and
features are likely to keep working the same way for a longer time.
Every now and then a snapshot thread ends, and a new official
release begins. It's a godawful amount of work, and it's about time
for another one.
