I am curious if I want to develop a server with web based mail service ,
using Postfix as the MTA, with the following conditions, is it possible ?
Firstable, there will be a Web Based mail domain per sub domain (location1,
location2, location3, etc.. as the example below)
webmail.location1.a-domain.net
webmail.location2.a-domain.net
webmail.location3.a-domain.net

People at location1 MUST use the webmail.location1.a-domain.net to access
their web based mail service, and so must people at other locations.

All the services for all people at different locations, will be placed in
one server, and in one hard disk.

Beside that, to prevent users who want to access their mail not by web
based mode, but by POP 3 mode, I want to setup like this
pop3.location1.a-domain.net
pop3.location2.a-domain.net
pop3.location3.a-domain.net

And for those who like to access their mail by POP3 mode, they can use
smtp.a-domain.net to send their email.

The questions are below :
1. Is it possible to make that configurations above with PostFix, should
every sub domain has its unique IP address ?
2. I want to make POP before SMTP mode, so that the SMTP can't be use to
send spam by spammer. Is that possible with the configuration above, so
that if a user has access his email using pop3.locationx.a-domain.net, then
his IP will be recorded at the machine, and he can use the SMTP ?
3. I want to receive all mails at one MX (still at the same server), and
then it (the MX) will distribute all the mails to their destination, for
example : somebodylocation-1.a-domain.net, somebodylocation-9.a-domain.net .
I don't want location-x.a-domain.net to get emails directly because I want
to filter the incoming messages first . For example messages from spammer.
And I think it would be easier to setup, because there will be just one MX
to contact the ORBS and MAPS, then x MXs to contact the ORBS and MAPS.

I think only this I want to ask at this moment, and thank you very much for
