i apologize for the lack of evidence.. the system affected however is not cyril.vrx.net.. and i have checked the system i am talking about (jade.cynikal.net) and that one allows anyone to relay.. once again, sorry for not informing you which system i had in mind but i wanted to keep it's identify a secret until i get hte problem fixed..

p.s.. the test i performed was the same as you saw on richards system and i get the same result..
