what i've done is what i was told to do..
i know that out of the box it doesn't allow relay.. but my problem has all along been to allow only ONE user to relay.. and i cannot seem to get it working peroprly.. i followed wietse's latest suggestion end up making it an open relay and it's what i'm trying to correct..
i understand you did not mean to be rude (and you weren't really) but d, (first locate) the original message stating the original problem (about not being able to give a specific user(s) relay access instead of everyone or no one.
thanks,
-Alex
