Hi All,
I'm new with postfix and I'm migrating from NT (emwac)
to a Linux mail server.
I've downloaded qmail and postfix, I liked qmail, but
before decide which one to use, I need to know much
more about postfix.
- How does postfix store messages in the disk (maildir
or mailbox)?
- Is it possible to control the outgoind messages
queue, I mean, is it possible to choose a message (a
very big one for example) to deliver at night?
- I didn't see information about POP server, which one
does postfix use?
- Is it possible to control spam according some
X-Mailer or FROM words (like you
, friends
or any
word in the body)?
- Does postfix control outgoing message with envolepe
check, I mean, only domains in my list can send mail
from my smtp?
I know that some questions I can get in the manual,
but I've read and still this question is pending and I
really need practice answers from people who uses and
manages postfix.
Best regards,
Ari
