I know postfix is a SMTP server, but qmail is a SMTP
server too and comes with pop server that supports
maildir. Ok, now I know there is no default pop server
to postfix.

My question about controlling of queue of outgoing
messages is that sometime a user sends a big message
with a big attachment to a lot of users (friends) and
this message will consume almost 100% of my link, so I
would like to deliver this message at the night, but
others messages keep going on normally.
