Ok, sorry.
Then I use the default master.cf.
smtp is not deferred.
I put
myhost smtp:[ip.address.of.myhost]
in transport
myhost is an hostname, not fqdn.
with the old version postfix delivers the mail for user
myhost
immediately, with the new version it does a MX dns lookup.
My question is:
If I put something like
myhost smtp:[ip.address.of.myhost]
in transport, should postfix deliver mail for user
myhost to the
ip.address.of.myhost directly without any dns lookup?
Is this changed with the new release (I used the last official release
before the new one)?
Thanks.
