Yes, but that's an add-on and not part of the stock Pine package.
There are plenty of add-ons out there. The SSL support for fetchmail
use to be an add-on, till Eric Raymond and I decided to roll it out in the
main fetchmail sources. You can also use some agent wrappers to add
support to packages where add-ons are not available.
