I know that here, a lot of employees use AT&T Worldnet. Worldnet prevents
outgoing port 25 traffic for 30 days after you open an account. This is
an attempt to stop spammers from opening a fake account, firing off spam
through someone else's open relay, and then closing the account the next
day. Maybe NetZero does the same thing permanently? Or, maybe the
account is fairly new?
