It's encountered a log file for an old queue id 514501450D when
creating the log file for a new queue id 514501450D. The log file is
where it stores deferal reasons. Maybe you killed a job by removing
it's file from the "deferred" directory (there would have been a
corresponding log under "defer") - harmless if this is the case.
