I need to understand question first. How does Postfix decide when
to append text? Does it look at the sender address? The recipient?

What is the recipient supposed to see? Nowadays, a lot of mail is
MIME encapsulated, and simply appending the text at the end of a
message is meaningless. What about mail with attachments? PGP signed
mail?

Until I understand the problem I can't even think of a solution.
