Another Idea is to excecute a user-defined program after receiving "HELO",
"MAIL FROM" and "RCPT TO" along with some other information, for example if
the receiver is a local user, the mailbox the mail would be delivered. The
user-defined program can decide if the mail would be accepted (returns
"OK") or it would be rejected (returns "550 ...."). This would help to do
user-defined RBL-lookups an other decisions based on the envelope
information and blocking mail at the "front door".
