   Try five years or more. Spammers don't forget. My student mail account
hasn't been used for outgoing email since around February 1995 and yet it
is still receiving spam, making it a quite good spam trap. Only during the
last year of so has the flow decreased. Perhaps spammers don't make backups
and are hit by the occasional hard disk failure too?
