DJB has already adequately addressed these claims in a URL he posted
here. I've been using qmail for four years, and have been subscribed
to the qmail list all that time, and I've never seen anyone claim that
qmail misbehaves due to resource starvation. Worst case, it stops
sending/accepting mail.

Nonsense. I use it "out of the box" all the time.
