BUGS
       The table format does not understand quoting conventions.

So since the table does not understand quoting conventions you really might
get problems with accents and stuff. I for my part play safe and use
underscores_on_the_right_hand_side.

BTW -- the numerical codes are described in some RFC. RFC 821?
