This is not really a postfix-specific problem/question. You really
should ask at a spam-oriented mailing list.

The best I can offer is that it is all about balance. The more spam
trapping you add, the higher your chances of blocking ligitimate
email. You just need to experiment with the various techniques and
services and decide what level of rejection you can tolerate. My
personal experience has shown that blocking for missing reverse IP
blocks way too much mail, but blocking on non-FQDN HELO requests
blocks only the really incompetent (or those using M$ crud.)

Nobody can really answer the question for your specific circumstances
other than you by experiementing.
