        The only example I can find for anything remotely like this is
per-user restrictions as to what recipients they are allowed to send
mail to (e.g., <http://www.postfix.org/faq.html#relay_restrict>).

        I'm sure I'm just being dense, but I don't see how to re-work
this example so that it allows me to specify a per-user set of RBL
maps that should be applied.

        What about supporting different types of responses from an RBL
map (the way ORBS does for Above.Net customers), and doing different
things as a result?
