Changed main.cf entry to:
defer_transports = hold

changed master.cf entry to:
hold unix - - y - 25 smtp

transport contains:
mail.macke.org hold:

I don't get this error now, but when I send a mail to macke.org, Postfix
still tries immediate delivery:
