Yes. We're now allowed to use and crypt things using keys up to
128 bits, if I remember correctly.
So, if I want, I could sign this message :-) (I do not consider
this of any interest for standards mails -- maybe the ones where
a legal signature could be requested, or for NIC to authenticate
requests cleanly... And only the latest one is used by me).
