That may be so, however the purpose of Postfix is to deliver mail.
You're welcome to turn on all the strictness features as they are
added to Postfix. The fact that strict SMTP still stops a lot of
junk mail is a great excuse for me to turn it on.
However, with out-of-the-box Postfix, rejecting mail can only be
optional, not the default.
