I don't care. There is _absolutely_ _no_ reason for _any_ protocol
violation, RFC 821 and 822 are almost 18 years old and well-known.
Will you contract people speaking languages you don't understand?
Heck, it seems virtually any reason (mostly money) is pulled out to
justify any crap that is out there.
OTOH, have an MTA send mail to the other system's postmaster if it
violates standards, and reject ALL mail from that domain if the other
system has no postmaster. That is an approach to get things right in no
time.
