If I remember correctly, that particular client doesn't escape
<CR><LF>.<CR><LF>
properly, thus Postfix goes back into command-mode and utters something about
??? since it still gets data from the client on the other side!

nsvinl1.vanderlande.nl mailer is broken.

Is that a known bug with smap?
