        Hell, I see this often enough with people that are supposedly
native English speakers. I don't need to go outside the US to find
morons who think they can write a better MTA than has ever been
written before, or a better news server than has ever been written
before -- all without any need whatsoever to consult any "standards"
anywhere.

        Jeez friggin' louise.

        Thankfully, there are also shining exceptions to this rule. ;-)
