Hi,
this may be a bit off topic, but maybe not :-)
I try to run the integrated debugger support (-D in master.cf with the
command specified by debugger_command in main.cf).
Unfortunately, gdb is dumping core, both with the xxgdb and the ddd GUI.
It works fine when called externally and to analyze already existing core
dumps, but not when called from postfix internally
Environment: SuSE-Linux 6.3, gdb 4.18i (i386-suse-linux-gnu), DDD 3.1.4.
Any ideas what is wrong?
It does work fine with ddd (3.2.1) and HP WDB (the HP incarnation of GDB)
on HP-UX 10.20... (but I don't have an HP at home :-)
Best regards,
Lutz
