If limiting the count of concurrently active cleanup/bounce/defer
processes is so harmful, why does not master.cf bail out or log warnings
(with wall ;) if someone tries to?
Sure, consistency and simplicity are the main reasons why this would not
be done.
I'm starting to thing we need sort of a postfix-lint utility.
