Pflogsumm.pl (written by myself) does all of this (and quite a bit
more) except that it doesn't distinguish or limit "by domain", as it
were. I suppose I could add an option to limit reporting to a single
domain and I think then it would give you just what you're looking
for.
But I've already three patches in the queue, so I can't promise as to
when I'd be able to provide that.
