I believe that linuxconf may reset the permissions/suid on sendmail,
believing it is the "regular" sendmail, instead of postfix's "compatibility
sendmail"
(sorry if my terminology is off, I am a lawyer, and only a part-time techno
:-)

Subject: How do I correct this?

I started getting these in my log files recently (since just after midnight
this morning):
Mar 31 16:16:51 rabbit postfix/sendmail[9331]: warning: sendmail is set-uid
root, or is run from a set-uid root process

And it's telling the truth ;-)
ls -l /usr/sbin/sendmail
-rwsr-sr-x 1 root root 66412 Mar 11 14:16 /usr/sbin/sendmail

So what do I need to change? I realize I need to take away the suid bit,
but do I need to change ownership of the file, too?
