Subject: SMTP relay backup

Hello !

I am running a postfix server, for both incoming mail with POP3 server,
and outbound mail, with SMTP relaying.

I will connect soon to a local internet exchange. I plan to have some
DNS and MX exchange with other partners of the IX, each having a
different upstream link.

I case of failure of my upstream link, the incoming mail will be
delivered to my secondary MX, hosted by another member of the IX. This
secondary MX will immediately forward the mail to my server, because the
link between my server and the secondary MX is up, through the IX. With
this system, delivery of mail is preserved, even in case of upstream
link failure.

But for outgoing mail, how can I do ? Is it possible to tell postfix to
transmit all mails to another relay ? My server deliver mail directly to
the destination server today....

Thank you for your help
