Subject: customised reject messages

According to the postfix dox, an access file entry can have the format:

[45]XX Text

and the line will be matched as a "Reject" with the text specified as a
reason. I've tried this in a sender_access file (implemented by
smtpd_sender_restrictions) but the line gets treated as an "OK", not
"reject", so obviously the custom text doesn't get returned.

Any idea why it isn't working?
