And of course there's Listar (www.listar.org). If you try out
Listar, be sure to get the latest 0.129a snapshot. This has the
beginnings of a web interface to it. The last time I looked, which
wasn't all that long ago, Mailman didn't have the capability of
doing list management via e-mail. Listar has a rather interesting
mechanism involving cookies for doing this.
