For that specific question, I can contribute.
Homes are on a 50GB RAID-5, don't want to dink with that. Want to
create a simple little Reiserfs, just a few gigs, to hold all the
email.
I'm expecting to go ahead and just symlink ~/Maildir ->
/wherever/the/reiserfs/mounts/$LOGNAME for every account. I'm
already using procmail for my LDA, so that side of it would have
been easy, probably just
DEFAULT=/wherever/$LOGNAME
in /etc/procmailrc. But Courier-IMAP can't, as far as I can tell, be
configured this way.
