        Or "snoop" on Solaris systems. I learned a lot about TCP/IP
networking last week, as I labouriously worked through the problem
packet by packet with snoop....

        Fortunately, I was able to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that
postfix was not to blame, and was very happy to hear that the problem
was solved by de-installing and re-installing Microsoft Outlook
Express. Now, I just wish we could require people to provide this
level of debugging to us when they say that they've got a problem and
they *swear* it's not their fault....
