That provoked my question, because in that topic today, I thought I read
someone saying that header filtering only applied to local deliveries, not
relay_domains.

also, is there recent change so that msgs with REJECTED headers have just
their headers forwarded to postmaster so we can see what's getting caught,
to verify our Reg Ex?
