fine. Note that courier-imap does not offer POP3. You'd need some other
POP3 daemon instead that seems to not be installed. You may want to
consider qmail's qpop3d along with some passwd checker since you're
seemingly using Maildir/ delivery.

you don't log in with smtp, you don't send mails with pop3 either. If
you're after smtp-after-pop, check the archives (see below).

If your Postfix is running properly, it SHOULD accept smtp connections
unless you configured it otherwise. Show us the output of postconf -n
if it does not.

have different search engines, so you may want to try your search on
more than one archive).
