That doesn't look like a postfix message to me... you'll probably find
that your /usr/{sbin,lib}/sendmail program is the one from exim.

Make sure that's the one from postfix, not exim.

Yeah, in Debian its that way by default.

apt-get remove exim
It might be a good idea to reinstall the postfix .deb as well
afterwards, just in case.
You really shouldn't have installed exim in the first place if you didn't
want it. It might claim to be an "Important" package, but hell, "ae"
claims to be a Required base package, and I don't know anyone who
knowingly installs that!
