Eudora 4.x's help file claims that PLAIN, CRAM-MD5 and LOGIN methods are
available. From the logs it seems that Eudora is using CRAM-MD5 but even
though sasldb is available in the Postfix chroot - it seems Eudora
improperly decodes/encodes the challenge string.
