Thanks to everyone that sent in ideas about what the issue was in my
config. I got DRAC up and running for the mobile users (portmap issue) and
the change to mynetworks (incorrect CIDR, setting 28 bits instead
of 24... thanks Bennett) fixed the problem for the DHCP clients in the
office.
