   That's your problem. Don't reiserfsck the partition, just mount it.
Until reiserfsck is updated to be reiserfs compatible, it is very dangerous
to use, and a major point of reiserfs is that you don't need to run any
fsck in first place. So turn off fsck in /etc/fstab.

   Not yet, but an onboard Adaptec 2940UW, squid, approx. two million daily
requests, three 4.5 GB SCSI cache disks, two with ext2fs and one with
reiserfs, we've not seen problems yet after two weeks. The plan is to
gradually switch to ReiserFS when convenient oppotunities arise.
