Why are you asking this question on the Postfix users list? How
is Postfix involved with this question at all?

With SMTP, recipient addresses are specified as part of the message
ENVELOPE, via SMTP commands.

With SMTP, the content of message headers does not need to bear
any relation to who is going to receive the mail.
