Well, let's clarify a bit.... Perhaps no generic ISP would ever use an
MTA that can't deliver to hotmail lest they lose some great portion of
their user-base to competitors who can deliver to hotmail.
However not every mailer in use out there runs under the control of an
ISP, and I for one don't expect to ever have any correspondents who can
only be reached via hotmail! ;-)
